First of All, Thanks for your feedback!! We value your trust and confidence in us. Your commitment as a customer is much appreciated.
Now we are Introducing Multiple stages for an Interview and Application status types in our new release.
1. Multiple Stages
In this update, we added a new feature to add a multi-stage interview for an applicant. You can add interview rounds at the creation of that particular job and after that can create an interview for different rounds.
You can add interview rounds according to your requirement. After selecting these rounds you can schedule interviews accordingly.
1. You can check interview rounds and reschedule accordingly.
2. After marking as complete, you can add an evaluation.
2. Application status types
In the new release, we make it easier to add status names (applied, shortlisted, etc.) according to your need and can add action on every move from one to another status.
These Application statuses are manageable with certain actions and you can rename them according to your requirement.
And you can perform an action when you change the status of an application. For example, when you change the status of an application from the Phone screen to Interview and check the action, you can schedule the interview at the time of creation.
3. Bugs Fixes
In our continued effort to make Recruit Module the most reliable, we eliminated a number of key bugs in the module.
