Lead Setting
LEAD SETTINGS
Leads, the potential customer for the organization generally have queries to be answered before taking up a project with any organization. So, to help them through their queries these settings are formed.
These settings set up the Lead Source, which defines the passage from where the acceptance of queries is permitted, Lead Status, this defines the processing of the query posted by the lead, by this the leads are updated with the processing of their queries so far, Lead Agents are organization’s employees who are responsible for responding to the lead’s queries and Lead Category, this section is mainly for segregating the different lead queries that are received into categories depending on their general distribution.
These individual categories under lead settings are also editable depending on the requirements. These settings are open for customization to allow the freedom of usage for the users.
