You can create the App-specific Password for SMTP for Gmail

App passwords let you sign in to your Google Account from apps on devices that don’t support 2-Step Verification. You’ll only need to enter it once so you don’t need to remember it.

Step 1: Visit the below link
https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords

Step 2:  Select Other (Custom name) and enter anything like Smtp for PMS

Step 3: Copy the password generated and use this password

SMTP Details will be

SMTP:   smtp.gmail.com

Requires SSL: Yes

Port for SSL: 465

username: youraccount@gmail.com

Password: above 16-digit password
