Messages
Messages
A message is a form of communication containing information, news, advice, request, or some other data sent by messenger via email, telephone, or other means of communication.
This space records messages shared between two or more parties regarding any sort of information concerning the organization or individuals. This space allows easy communication without using any third-party platform instead within the same space as for other data organizations.
If a new conversation is to be started then the option on the top right corner can be used for initiating it. When this option is clicked on, one has to choose the person the message is being sent to and then there is a space to type the message that is to be sent. The message can be sent to individuals or even to a group of people at once and the message can be sent with one single click on the Send button.
This space adds more to the convenience of both the employees and clients as the information related to work, similar interests, or other concerns can be discussed under one roof without the involvement of any other sources.
